Steph was born and raised in Bolivar, MO, and comes from a very close-knit. She was born and raised in Bolivar. Went K-12 in the Bolivar School District. She is the youngest daughter of Charlie & Christina Woods, formerly of Bolivar.
Healthcare Journey
Steph started her healthcare journey in 1997 as a CNA.
In 2007, she graduated with honors from MSU in SGF with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. As an RN, she worked at CMH, Cox, Pentec Health, and became a travel nurse, which led her to take an FT position at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in STL. Of the 18+ years of nursing, the majority of the time was spent in the Operating Room.
In 2025, she graduated with honors from Chamberlain University in IL with her Master’s Degree in Nursing. As a Nurse Practitioner, she was working in SGF at Cherry Health Center under the ownership of Phil & Becky Loyd. Now her primary focus is helping people in the Stockton, MO area. Bloom has been a vision for Steph’s for decades. HERE WE ARE! Bloom Integrative Medicine is now open!

Family
Steph is married to Justin Doty. They met on Pomme de Terre Lake at Doty’s Dock in 1998. They had an instant connection and have been together ever since.
They have two children: Katie & Ethan Doty. The Dotys resided in Bolivar while their children were in school. Now they are grown and out of the house. Did I mention that being an empty nester is the best!
No grandchildren yet, except for a grandkitten – GiGi. BUT they do have two dogs – Athena & Daisy Mae. Both are rescue dogs. They are messier at times than toddler children!
Did you know Steph was also a Zumba Instructor?
Yes – She is a Zumba Instructor as well as an Aqua Zumba Instructor.
